It just seems like so many times people try to put together your new year's resolutions, and you get the fullon mission for the year, it just seems like most of the time they fail. You're going to talk from what you really want to accomplish over this 12 week period, and then you're going to identify what you want to accomplish each of those weeks. And i think if you take that approach, it really isn't that hard. It's just you have to build build up that routine, that ritual, of consistently doing those little things that are going to produce the results.
