Adolph: I was raised in the sand hills of nebraska, which is cattle country for sure. We are probably one of the largest cow operators in the state of illinois. The thing that we on is actually the cowherds don't look any different. They're not managed any different. Every co cow, every bowl, every bowl that gets cashre made into a steer, every heifer that doesn't quite come into an estris, they still end up as something on a dinner plate.
