With a hundred milers, what i have found, at least on paper, is that if you know nothing about yourself or the person you're working with, other than that they want to run a hundred mile, think is a little more ability to separate those where you might start with the least specific early. And then work towards the most specific and kind of do a little more in steps, versus blended. That's what i did when i was preparing for some of the hundred miles i've done in the as i've got a little curious,. because i do think like, when you get up to a hundred miles, it's really interesting, because it's like such a mental psychological thing
