The Effects of Training Stimulus on Fatigue
If we deliver the training stimulus in a way that is very it's still very challenging for the hip extensors but substantially reduced for the quads that's still like hard training on paper yeah. The primary fatigue limiter that we're trying to attack in like a developmental portion of training is no longer getting the brunt of the load anymore and so we're getting a little bit less of an efficient stimulus in the weeks that we're kind of doing that. But theoretically if that's what's holding us back in terms of fatigue then they can keep keep pushing a little bit.
