The Difference Between Coffee and Wine

A lot of people don't know that coffee is a fruit. And if they do, they don't also usually know that beer or yogurt are fermented. A really big distinction between coffee and wine in terms of viewing the fermentation is that in wine, it's seen as a value add and it's absolutely necessary for the product. Coffee can exist perfectly fine without it. I just personally don't think it's as tasty.
