Patrick javeroni says, first time question asker wants to know happiness and the microb connection. What can we do to improve our microbiom? Is there connection? What's the deal y? Great, great question. And it's something that we don't have that much good data on yet. You know, everything we know suggests tha microbim affects all kinds of stuff. It would be surprising, i think, in some ways, if it didn't affect our well being and our happiness. But you know, this is just a new area of work where we're learning new things all the time,. We really have no great verdict yet.
