A lot of what I do is walking and hiking. It's counterintuitive because you think, well, if I go out for an hour and a half, a two hour hike in the mountains and I come back, I should be ravenous. In fact, often I am substantially less hungry after I exercise,. then of course I'm going to eat. There's all these different versions of exercise that has been shown to help it. So I say to people like, find the exercise that gives you the results that you want.
