During the competition period, since you're tearing yourself apart on the weekend, you're doing more recovery. So I think that's why you see a bit of a bump up in that zone one. And it seems logical to me because you're shorter rides, you keep them really low and keep them really easy because you're just going to be going full gas when it comes race day. Yeah.
