How to Write a Magic Formula for Faculty Size

We do value research it's like you know 60 percent or 40 percent and the interview is xyz percent. We don't talk to any of the applicants after the interview, but we let them know if they have very specific questions about this that or the other often our chief residents will answer a lot of those questions. It really kind of goes down to score base and then gets sent to Like um a smaller group of people for them to kind of sift through all of the comments.
