The Seven Types of Rest
The goal is not to try to keep all seven at their highest peak level. The goal is to never let them become so depleted that you then are not able to restore it quickly. And I think most of us, even though we may have multiple buckets that are depleted, when you start pouring back into a depleted bucket, you feel the rejuvenation of that. We need all seven of them to be in a state of well-being for someone to truly feel as if they are the best version of themselves.
