Ada Chen: Figure out maybe the night before the one thing that you want to get done in your day. And then at the earliest opportunity, just try to give yourself five minutes on it. She says by really focusing on what's the number one thing and then just getting started on it a little bit, it just makes it lightweight. "I'm always eager to learn from other people," she says.
