Did You Get Much Feedback When You Preached?
When he first started out, there was none of those sort of things. Even when you were in a church, people didn't tend to give you feedback. Why do you think that is? Or why do you think it's changed since then? I think, to be honest, it's a cultural issue. Back in the 70s, if you gave people too much encouragement, especially in England, you were considered to be big noting them and arrogant. You tended to take people down rather than build people up.
