How Managers Get Paid a Quarterly Bonus
i'm talking about a my two corsers, david huffman and colin raymond, with whom i've been very lucky to do this study. We got very lucky because a large firm wanted to colloborate with us on this. The firm is a chain of food and drink stores. And every store has a manager. These managers are paid a quarterly bonus in addition to their egular salary by this firm. This quarterly bonus is based on the manager's performance at the end of the quarter relative to other managers. So managers see every quarter how they've done and how others have done in this competition. Moreover, managers get weekly feedback on their rank. All the results
