The Importance of Maintaining Strength and Size

strength and size are two different adaptations. Is it metabolic or neurologic that we're going for? I think you're going to create a metabolic environment that'll suggest more growth on one side or the other. That if you're working one muscle, the body muscle is going to catch up. Or at the very least not slow down. You see that with a unilateral, you'll see that with arm wrestlers,. They're going to have better development on that side they're using.
