SaaS - Data-Driven Design

It's almost any kind of decision we make about the way something works is almost always going to violate the mental model of the actual end users. And customer support people really keep us on. It's like, well, yeah, you know, you can add keyboard commands if you want to, but nobody's going to use them. You know, like, we can't even get people to do something that we would consider very basic. We have to explain to them how to like make sure their changes are saved or something super basic.
