Sitting for Just One Minute a Day
The first point of sitting for just one minute a day, is to establish a new routine. We want to set up the routine, just like i was talking about habit stacking before. For some people it's as soon as you wake up. That could be a wonderful time to meditate. But you have to make that a habit. And again, you can always go to music or environmental sounds. The point is in the beginning, to build the habit and to sit daily. So do you need some help to get there? I don't want you to be wondering what time it is, right?
