Communication and having the same sorts of goals are two good points. We hold quarterly meetings as a team where we talk about issues that have come up in the previous quarter. So an example of this would be, we're noticing CSMs aren't always inviting account executives to join business reviews. Let's focus on that for this month. Or maybe a CSM feels like an AE is not pulling their weight on building the account plan for a customer. Let's make sure they're doing those together.
