What Do You Do When You Call on Students?
"I think I think my teaching would benefit from kind of walking around the class and listening more carefully," he says. "If you're walking around and gathering information and you call on students, you have higher confidence that what they're saying is correct" He doesn't like anybody know, hand up, wrong answer: "Can anybody else explain why that was wrong? Because that's not nice either."
