All of my fat that I use for cooking comes from the meat that I've cooked. And there's a huge respect to people who are growing sunflowers and safflowers for oil. But let's give them markets to grow something else because that's a hugely, not only is it the energy associated with growing it, but then pressing and processing those oils. It doesn't add up to me how that can be then a cheaper product that's sold to me. Um, it has to be because they're subsidizing all these things, including the petroleum to get us to that final product.
