A lot of product lead companies are hyper focused on activation. How do i get more people the first time when they use our product, to a certain milestone? And i think that you should make that milestone something that's valuable for the user. The second thing would be to identify what's most valuable to your ideal customer and find ways to higlight that value in creative ways. Third point would be layering on segmentation.
