Mindfulness is about opening up to what's happening right now, rather than just working off the mental models. Say you are angry or sad, and you're becoming enmeshed in a grumbling mood. Once again, you can agine it as one picture, one's sketch in the photo burst, simply passing the mood to the next by an automatic process. This is critically dependent on this unseen, unacknowledged feeling tone and the fact that you don't like unpleasantness. No one does.
