Is Customer Success Just an Enterprise Thing?

Right now, we're drawing a bit of a line. You want to make the customers successful. We've actually, historically been very abstracted away from what the end customer in a company does. And it's that takes a whole different level of really getting into the organization and understanding how they measure success, and then demonstrating value. O value realis really and i think that's where i think it's different.
