Do You Think the Mest Approach to Hiring for PHDS Is a Good One?

There's less free speech academi than there used to be, in a defactive sense. The generally litigious culture of the united states discourages employers from hiring weirder people. So i like people who are low in disagreeableness, but most of them are not jerks. Like take robin hanson. He's not a jerk. He's a supernice guy.
