How to Change Shoulder Pain Quickly

You can change their pain very quickly just by giving them the right input to get that cuff switched on better. That is as simple as a bit of compression and external rotation in a lot of cases. Just doing some form of weight bearing or literally just loading against the wall can be enough to switch that system on so again i would rather it was pain free because my belief is if you get pain it inhibits that stability function of the cuff.
