The Significance of a C ANCA Positive Test
C ANCA, associate vasculitis, it's a big umbrella term that includes different vasculiduses. So based on which ANCA your patient has, you can then maybe classify them as a GPA versus an MPA. And so what do we think about this patient? And she has a C ANCA positive, looks like she has both pulmonary and renal involvement.
