I think it's a shame that we're not including the in-hospital cardiac arrest patients in all our post-card arrest trials. It's a huge patient population. They have terrible outcomes and we treat them the same in the ICU. So do you think we ought to have a study of in- Hospital cardiac arrest with different CO2 targets? You could do one. Lars, I think you will have a company. And this is perhaps an unpopular statement, but I need more heterogeneity in our patients, not less. Because by saying, 'This is where the treatment works, how do we know that if the treatment works?' We can't predict physiology as much as we would like
