And again, for myself personally and how I coach my reps is I want to figure out the route and the why. Okay, what's working really good? Why is it working so good? Try to uncover more information and get them to keep talking because again, you want to go back to those fishing hooks that you can latch into to hopefully uncover more pain that you could solve for.
