How to Make Work More Engaging
I know a lot of people who have sort of passion projects outside of work, but I'm almost wondering if that's in a sense taking your play too seriously. A lot of times games that we play outside of work become really, really engaging to us because they have a lot of the elements that we desperately seek in our work and we just don't get. When you first enter a job for 6 months or first 12 months, it's really, really interesting. You're constantly learning new things.
