Is It a Good Idea to Switch to a Fort Strike Pattern?

The question was, i spent a few years running heel strikes, and eventually got a minor knee impact injury. Since then, i've been using a midfoot strike, which amplifies the load towards the ankle. I haven't eante injury yet. And again, tudaftin, howi how is that the ankle more resilient for these forces or not? Was gong on there? For him, based on his mechanics, that may just work better for him.
