How to Measure Abdominal Adiposity

Using a tape measure to measure how wide around around specific body parts are so this is usually assessed on the waist arms, chest, thighs, and hips. There's also if you wanted to do something even just a little bit easier if you don't want to have to measure all these different parts around your body so often you can look at your waist circumference because it is one of the most impactful for overall health. If we're monitoring our waist circumference even if it's just like every three months we're kind of looking at that to make sure it hasn't changed too drastically  i love to know about it so getting yeah it's weird getting into other ways that you can measure it
