How to Shift and Grow Your Customer Centric Culture

Having tops down advocacy and even mandate is really important. Focusing on delivering on that, how customer centric will actually fuel being business-oriented versus posing those as antipodes. It's much more critical to deliver on when it's a need versus a nice to have. I would also say that one of the things I really believe in is how do you demonstrate value as quickly as possible.
