Dealing With Night Time Anxiety
I think it's so important for us to remember that mental health struggles are not linier. One day you might feel great, and the next day might be the worst day of your life. It's all over the map, and that's so normal. So find a place to be by you yourself, experience the panic attack so that it can pass, so that you can move on. I've been doing meditation music as i'm falling asleep because my anxiety has been so bad.
