Ashley: I often say to myself on days where I'm feeling good, I should even make a list of things that work for me. For those moments when I feel myself spinning or spiraling out of control with whatever it is happening in my life, I actually made a coping sheet and anyone can do this. Turn on classical music, take a bath, light a candle, step outside, breathe in air,. And I would turn to that sheet and it would help me just calm my nerves. So like the next right thing and that coping sheet, it sounds like you and I are so aligned there on that.
