The idea that you shouldn't maximize your genetic potential at every age as you progress by getting sufficient protein and continuing to lift weights, preferentially over almost any other exercise a is. It's very miopic, isn't it? Some of these studies will focus exclusively on that. They'll pretend that the body doesn't work at a system. The outcome is what we're after here. And look, i'm not encouraging anybody to be power lifter a body, or to be 200 pounds when they're 54 years oldiave never said this is my personal preference. I've done over 200 seminars and or countries in all 50 states, and i just love talking about it.
