What Are the Warmupsets?
Start off with a little bit higher reps, five to 10 when it's very light. And then progressively go down in reps until you get to your first working set at 225. So maybe three sets of five there. The purpose of the specific warmup is just to get your body and mind and central nervous system in the groove of good technique and using it.
