How Do You Dose Volume and Intensity?

When it comes to things like volume and intensity, at least intensity, you've just covered really well. Can you take us a little bit through the volume of those different aspects? Yeah, the volume part is the hardest part of the equation. How do you figure out if I give them this dose, what are they going to come out of the back end of it looking like? Are they going to be able to maintain this for a cycle? You have to have rough sessions and ideas as to what you're going to expose someone to.
