If your approachin position s like im there to learn a'm there to ask questions, then the fear really dissipates. I've also found that people are not coming to those calls expecting you to know everything. Lik what they're coming is they're curious about the work we're doing with other organizations. They want to know what other people are oing, and they're really happy to to go on and talk about themselves when they're asked the kinds of questions that bring them deeper into the insights about what they're challenging are.
