The Importance of Respecting Fever
No one wants to get on the algorithm because our collective bias realizes when that child comes through in a busy emergency department, you're going to say, oh God, now I got a baby with a fever. So there's two approaches you can take. You have to respect that temperature, not based on its height, but on its presence in a sort of binary way.
