Fintech - When to Sunset a Product or to Stop Working on It?
In fintech world, the way typically we do is to put product maintenance mode. Figure out if you can build something small for at least two paying customers, three paying customers and then scale it up like that's the basic philosophy or make something people want. The Y combinator philosophy of don't build big products also aligns very closely with ours.
