Sets of like eight to 12, eight to 15 are as actually good rep for adaptation. The weight is lower that it's not as mentally taxing as super, super heavy loads. It doesn't matter if you're close to fatigue when you're doing the adaptation phase,. Then you'll get less sore. As you get less sore and you're feeling a little more confident with higher t in your technique then you can get back to it.
