The Conscious Experience

Every conscious experience until the last microsecond before it's conscious is preconscious. So we'll just call that preconscious and you know, Freud's preconscious was kind of like that right as stuff that can be conscious if you attend to it, but isn't necessarily conscious right. But then there is more non conscious or unconscious, depending on how I don't like to use unconscious because again that goes to Freud so automatically. It doesn't make it into consciousness. Right? And that is kind of a subtle way of communicating in a kind of implicit body language, that’s important. The conscious talk and both the patient believes what they believe is really important for them
