The Importance of Knowing the Source of the Problem

The first step in parts and memory therapies is defining the problem. Even with a modality like neurofeedback, anxiety would still kind of be a blanket statement because it can pop up in different areas of the brain. The biggest thing that really lets me know in a consultation is the onset. If there's no onset, then getting a QEEG to see if you're a good candidate for neurofeedback could be helpful.
