The Book of Revelation Is a Trippy Language

One of the hallmarks of apocalyptic literature is this kind of very symbolic, kind of weird, trippy language and description. Do you think the supernatural nature of it makes it easier to go back and do that kind of retrofitting re-explanation? You can say, oh, well, it's a three headed monster. It's not actually supposed to be this kingdom. Rather than something like Ezekiel, which is quite to the point and historically descriptive.
