The Unintentional Use of Stress
Competition is a great test of, or great use of stress. But obviously can't live ut doing cross it. Doing cross it every day is one of the best forms of stress - totally. Being slightly calory deprived every day. Amazing. You am overcoming the fear of public speaking and getting up. Like, fantastic. What's not is chronic stress. That's the issues. We really l we try to create a great community and atmosphere for everybody. I say that we i'd say we have our typical everyday athlete who enjoys being fit and healthy.
