How to Get More Efficient in Bodybuilding

In the past i was doing them because holy cow i have 15 more minutes before i have to go take a shower to get ready for work i gotta super set these exercises um and they were like barbell squats and pull-ups not like biceps triceps. These are the kind of things i was super setting just to kind of cram it all in so now the only super sets i really do are like knee extension leg curl and biceps triceps, everything else is just straight sets taking a break after each set and then going at it again and again capping it at three sets. It's cyclical you know it's kind of like we see things kind of come into favor
