Do You Make the Profit That You Want?
The last financial year we took 910k, but have made no profit. The challenge is if you get it to like 1.2, 1.3, loads of that cash then drops to the bottom line because you've got all your overhead scovered. A lot of my time is currently going into working on national revenue streams and reducing our costs. I'm also contemplating heading out on a sandwich van three times a week in order to test out for myself,. It's viable new revenue stream, as I'm now reluctant to hire new staff to cover the hours. But I think there are ways of making this restaurant work. Can we get another two, three hundred grand in the core
