What Is Circadian?

People with sad usually have a sort of delay in their cycadian rhythm, meaning something's a little off. Eating or not eating is a good way to signal all those tiny clocks when days get shorter. Make sure to stop eating three hours before you go to bed, so your body knows it's time to rest.
