Is This a Good Book?

This is from a literary standpoint. It's very easy to read despite there being a lot of science. You don't have to be a graduate student at Stanford to understand the way that she presents these things. In the end, it's a good read and would highly recommend it. So out of five stars, what do you rate it? The War of Art by Stephen Pressfield.
