How to Make Smart Goals

A lot of people talk about making smart goals. In english, an acronym is where we use individual letters to represent words. So the word smart in this context is also an acronym. It stands for specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time bound. Our goals need to be measurable. If we can't measure the goal, it will be hard to make a plan to actually accomplish that goal.
