The Importance of VLA Max in Ironman Triathletes
I think if you have an understanding of what it's like to train 20 to 30 hours a week, I think that's enough. Even at rowing, I had just because I was from a triathlon background and I trained myself quite a lot. So basically with the cyclists after four to five weeks when they are back in training, we are doing performance. And then we had our own field tests to basically check how is the development of these values over the season. Like I said, probably for a sprint, it's not so unimportant to know where you are as sometimes you have I don't know eight weeks going to the front of the Tour de France or of a gone tour
